Request email alerts
When you submit a request with permission, a notification is queued for the operator at 28839954@qq.com. It contains only the request reference, submission time and a link to the protected operator inbox. Your name, contact details, country, support selection and free-text notes are not included in the email. The sender mailbox provider and QQ Mail process delivery. Alerts require a configured sender; temporary failures are retried and can delay email. Your request remains saved in the inbox even when email delivery fails. Previously saved personal visit briefs do not trigger email alerts.
Requests and the site guide
The request form sends your contact details, country, support category, timing, optional practical notes and permission record to the authorised website operator’s inbox. Requests are stored in this Site’s database. The site guide works without an external AI provider by default. If you explicitly enable DeepSeek AI in the chat panel, your current conversation and relevant published site information are sent to DeepSeek to generate replies. The app does not save chat text. DeepSeek processes requests under its own privacy policy; do not include personal or medical details. You can turn AI off and continue with site information only. Daily rotating pseudonymous rate counters are stored for up to 48 hours to prevent API abuse; raw IP addresses and chat content are not stored in these counters. Do not include medical or identity documents.
First-party statistics
The site records public page paths without queries, event types, country codes, language, source domains and a coarse device category. A random tab-session identifier stored in sessionStorage distinguishes browsing sessions; it resets when that session ends and is separated by UTC date. No IP address, account identifier, chat text, form text or full referring URL is stored in traffic statistics. Known bots, Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals are excluded. Traffic events are removed after 90 days when the next event is recorded. Statistics are restricted to the operator. You can disable this collection on this device below.
Language and location
The server looks up an approximate country code in a local IP database to choose an available language. Unknown addresses fall back to your browser language. A language preference cookie remembers your manual choice for up to one year. The app does not store your IP for this feature or send it to an external geolocation service.
Information collected by this website
If you save a visit brief, the site stores your name, email, residence country, support category, time preference, permission record, a reference and creation time. A signed, HttpOnly browser session restricts access to your own records on this device. Clearing the session removes your access to those records; this is not an email-verified account.
What is not requested
Do not submit medical records, diagnosis details, passports, insurance identifiers or payment information. This website does not accept medical file uploads.
How the brief is used
Previously saved personal briefs remain private to you and can be viewed or deleted in My visit brief. New requests submitted with permission are shared with the authorised website operator. No hospital email delivery, third-party advertising analytics or marketing subscription is connected.
Site access and external services
This site is hosted on an Alibaba Cloud server. Hosting infrastructure processes the site requests. The site serves its fonts directly with its own assets. External source and institution links have their own policies. For questions about your request or information handling, contact the service team through the request form. Do not include medical files or identity documents.
